- Do not intentionally dive to depth or use the scooter for freediving or scuba diving
- Do not use if you cannot swim confidently
- Do not use near boats, jet skis, or any other watercraft (propeller hazard)
- Do not use in strong waves, storms, currents, or rough sea conditions
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Keep hands, hair, loose clothing, and dangling strings (including swim shorts drawstrings) away from propellers or water intakes
- Maintain a safe distance from other swimmers and people in the water
- Always be aware of your surroundings and water conditions
- Inspect the scooter before use; do not use if any part is damaged
- Children are allowed only with direct adult supervision at all times
